how do you make a puffball dress puffy?
for my gcse textiles course i wanted to make puffball dress out of scratch but i dont know how to make the puffball part a big puff.
a lot of websites say to pin the bottom of the hem to the top..or summink like that..but i dont understand whats meant by that.
also if you find any step by step directions on how to make a puffball dress with images or even a video i would be very grateful..thanks =D
also anywhere i could download a free pattern piece would be very helpful..thank you =D
looser material at the end where you want the puff and then you can pin it ‘ruched’ up together. Take sections of the material and pull it up slightly and then sew.
